The theme of the first issue of Bonk! is Numbers. The issue is ~A5, 16 pages, and in an edition of 200 copies. 15 pages are riso printed in blue/yellow, and the center page photograph was digitally printed in full color (feel free to use it as a poster). Typefaces are Karla by Jonathan Pinhorn and Sasha by Lewis McGuffie. The issue includes poetry, prose, and artwork from a worldwide group of contributors and an interview with the featured artist, photographer Terttu Uibopuu.
